How do I pay?
All payments are handled directly with our team. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send MMG, bank transfer, or cash instructions. We activate your plan within 24–48 hours of receiving payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current 30-day period — no partial-month refunds.
What counts as an "active listing"?
Any listing with status = active. Sold listings and archived listings don't count toward your limit. When you mark something sold, you free up a slot immediately.
Do buyers pay anything?
No. Browsing, searching, contacting sellers, and saving favorites are always 100% free for buyers.
What's the difference between Free and Unlimited?
Free caps at 5 active listings and 5 photos each. Unlimited removes both caps and lets you post as many listings as you want. That's the only difference.
What does the Business plan include?
Everything in Unlimited, plus a public storefront page (shareable link), a verified business badge (✓) on every listing, and business contact details displayed on each ad. Higher tiers (Pro at GY$15k/mo, Premium at GY$35k/mo) add analytics, homepage rotation, banner ad slots, and lead lists — ask us on WhatsApp for details.
Do boosts renew automatically?
No. Boosts are one-time purchases. When they expire, your listing drops back to its normal position. You can buy a new boost anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
MMG (GTT Mobile Money), bank transfer, and cash. We're working on card payments and will announce when available.
